UCSB Chemical Engineering Announces New 2024-25 Assistant Professor Position

The Chemical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara is seeking applications as part of an external search for one tenure-track Assistant Professor position.

Position details:
Job location: Santa Barbara, CA
Anticipated start: July 2025 or later
Salary range: A reasonable estimated full-time rate for this position at 100% time is
$108,500-$133,500.

The University is especially interested in candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service as appropriate to the position.

Applicants may also qualify to participate in the Benjamin Bannaker Initiative, a new program funded by an Advancing Faculty Diversity grant from the UC Office of the President, with the goal of diversifying faculty, research, and curriculum in STEM (and related) fields.
